In the early 70s, Uluwatu surf spot wasn't enough for some daring adventurers. During a big swell, they embarked on a journey into the unknown—deep into the National Park of Java, where G-Land lay hidden. This place, surrounded by lush jungle and home to Bengal tigers, deadly snakes, and other wildlife, became a legend in the surf world. Growing up, I watched videos of Gerry Lopez surfing those iconic waves, feeling the deep connection he had with this wild, untamed spot. Today, I pay tribute to his legacy and the spirit of adventure it represents, then and now. "G Land Introduction" celebrates the raw power and mystique of this legendary surf break.
